The Okanagan Basin Water Board hosted its annual Water Supply Webinar on May 12, to review the current and forecasted water supply for 2021 in the valley. This online seminar includes updates on the current state of reservoir levels, snow pack, groundwater, as well as a look at the weather and wildfire forecast and an outlook on the Okanagan fishery.
Updates were provided by: Environment and Climate Change Canada, BC River Forecast Centre, B.C. Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, International Osoyoos Lake Board of Control, and Okanagan Nation Alliance.
