Last year’s massive milfoil bloom was a real wake-up call for everyone who enjoys time on and about our pristine lake.
Fortunately, Okanagan Waster Basin Board recognized this could quickly become a very serious and costly problem negatively affecting both tourists and locals.
Thankfully, the KLO Neighbourhood Association has noticed a substantial increase in their rototilling and weed cutting efforts over the past few months.
