A small organization like the Okanagan Basin Water Board (OBWB) would not have so many success stories over the past 42 years without a dedicated and supportive team of partners, said executive director Dr. Anna Warwick Sears during the organization’s annual general meeting last week in Kelowna.
Speaking at Rotary Centre for the Arts last Friday, Warwick Sears said partnerships and their importance in the work of the OBWB were crucial to the organization’s long history of success since it was established in 1970.
