The Mission Creek and Silver Star snow pillows appear to have recovered to normal levels for this time of year. However, Brenda Mines snow pillow is showing a rapid melt, much faster than normal.
Okanagan Lake levels have now recovered, and are well within the normal range for this time of year.
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) continues to predict below normal precipitation for Eastern Washington for May – September (Environment and Climate Change Canada doesn’t have as detailed long-term seasonal forecasts). NOAA forecasts temperatures to be above normal for June – September.
