Seasonal forecasts continue to project a warmer-and-drier-than-normal fall and winter due to continued El Niño conditions.
Okanagan Lake is below normal, in the lower quartile (between the zero/lowest recorded and 25th percentile).
Given the El Niño conditions, there is some possibility of the drought continuing into 2024.
