Kelowna, B.C. – Those involved in water in the Okanagan are hoping that a water conservation expert from Vegas might have a card or two up his sleeve that can help address water issues here. Doug Bennett is the Conservation Manager with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and is the featured speaker at a day-long workshop being held at the Delta Grand Hotel in Kelowna today.
